Our local supporter groups
Fancy getting involved more and meeting new people around your local area? There are lots of local groups you can join who organise special interest talks, visits, holidays and other social and fundraising events.
You'll also be helping a great cause - local groups support our charity work, and raise hundreds of thousands of pounds every year for our conservation and access projects around the country. For example in the last year, one group bought new gates for Rufford Old Hall; another raised money to buy new tables and chairs in the restaurant at Quarry Bank Mill; whilst another raised funds towards beehives in the garden at Wordsworth House and at Sizergh. All whilst having a great time, getting out and about and making new friends.
Have a look at the individual Supporter Group information below and see if there’s something for you.
