Join us for one of our many events from a stargazing evening to wine tastings.

There's also our October half term Halloween fun to look forward to, with witch school, pumpkin carving and a horrible trail.

Afternoon tea

Enjoy our Christmas afternoon tea experience for a special occasion or a treat as part of your visit, with heavenly fancies and indulgent homemade cakes. This year our teas are based on theme in the House, Lights and Legends.

Talks and tours

Enjoy a talk by one of our experienced guides

Available from March to October, during our main season, take part in a free daily walk or talk with one of our highly knowledgeable guides.

Learn more about your chosen interest either in the house, the gardens, aviary or wine cellars.

Christmas snacks

Homemade mince pies on sale at the restaurants at Waddesdon

Whether you'd like to be near the woodland playground or wandering around the gardens, we've got the perfect facilities to grab a snack on the go. Our food-to-go outlets will be serving delicious Hot chocolate with baileys, mince pies and more.

Family fun

There's plenty of space to play, run around and lots of trees to play hide and seek behind even in the winter.

We've got lots of fun things for families to do together such as follow one of our seasonal trails or grab a bite to eat in our family-friendly cafes.

Great British Walk

Enjoy getting out in the fresh air with a Great British Walk, choose from a more strenuous walk taking in the wider estate, a gentle walk through the woodlands or a shorter walk around the formal Gardens.
