Visit in spring to see beautiful displays of bulbs.

Between ancient trees the carpets of snowdrops give way to brightly coloured daffodils. These are then followed by bluebells and many other spring bulbs.

Visit in summer to picnic amongst the wildflowers.

In the summer the gardens come to life with wildlife and summer flowers, enjoy sunbathing next to the river Wye and relax in one of our new deckchairs.

Garden produce for sale every Autumn

Visit in autumn to see the colours of the garden completely change.

Stroll through the golden leaves in the woodland or visit the walled garden to see the glasshouse full of fruit and vegetables. Pick up some tips from our gardeners and take some freshly picked produce home with you.

Family Trails are available every day of school holidays

Trails are available everyday of school holidays. They are different every time, come this year to spot gnomes, butterflies, Easter eggs and some green men.

The walled garden is perfect in summer at The Weir

We have been slowly restoring our walled garden over the past few years. It's now almost complete and fully functional, come and see our progress next time you visit.

In our riverside garden you can complete lots of the activities from bird watching on our viewing bridge to finding crazy creatures in our rockery pools. When you complete each thing pick up stickers at visitor reception to add to your scrapbook.
