There's plenty going on in 2015 to help you make the most of your visit.  We have special days when you can help us to maintain the ancient White Horse, family rambles with the ranger and longer hikes for the more adventurous. 

Go paragliding over the horse

Fancy a true adrenalin rush? Get a bird's-eye view of the horse by paragliding at the hill. Paragliding is only permitted under licence: contact Thames Valley Hang Gliding Club for details.

Walk Britain's oldest road

White Horse Hill is one of the many highlights along the Ridgeway National Trail, an ancient 87-mile chalk ridge route that was first used by prehistoric man, stretching from Avebury to the Chilterns.
