Bringing your group

Wightwick Manor is a popular destination for private groups, societies and clubs, and pre-booked travel groups.

We offer guided tours for groups in the morning at 11 and 11:15 for groups of 15 or more. We offer a discounted rate for paying group members (National Trust members are free).

  • Group bookings are normally made for our weekday openings (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, excluding bank holidays)
  • Weekend bookings are possible by prior arrangement for certain times of the year
  • Groups of more than 15 people must book inadvance even if not wanting a guided tour and are visiting in the afternoon
  • We don't ask for deposits but to avoid disappointment and double bookings all potencial groups must contact us before publishing dates and booking coaches

Visiting the house

The Night Nursery

The rooms at Wightwick are small. As such, we limit the groups to 20 at a time, with approximately 15 minutes between each group. Any groups larger than 20 will be broken up to prevent overcrowding.

Group catering

Take time out on your visit to relax in the restaurant

Groups arriving before 11am can pre-book tea, coffee and treats to be ready on their arrival. You can also pre-book lunch for you group from our set menu. We require a deposit for your catering.

Coach parking

Unfortunately our car park is small with a narrow entrance and cannot accommodate coaches. Coaches will need to drop off on the road near to the manor and find alternative parking nearby.
