Meet the staff team at Aberdulais
Our small but dedicated band are waiting to welcome you. We think Aberdulais is a very special place. We hope you do too.
Leigh's our visitor operations manager, so he's the boss. He joined us in 2010 from the shop and visitor centre at Rhossili.
Jane's our shop manager and the longest-serving member of the Aberdulais team - 15 years and counting. She's a local girl too, so she knows more than most about how the place has changed over the years. 'It's almost like welcoming people to my home,' she says.
Georgina's our property ranger so you're most likely to find her out and about around the place in her overalls. She'll be planting something or painting something, whatever it takes to keep Aberdulais looking its best.
Mark's our tastebud tickler, the catering manager in the Old School House tea-room. He's forever coming up with new recipes, so you'll keep coming back for more.
Lydia is one of the dynamic duo that looks after the Tourist Information Centre. She enjoys welcoming people to Aberdulais and chatting to them about the place and the many other attractions in the area, where a great time can be had by all.
...and Andrew's the other one. He also helps out looking after our turbine and waterwheel.
David's one of our front-of-house meeters and greeters, the old man of the team, but his enthusiasm for the place is as keen as ever.
Mandy's also on the visitor services team. As well as meeting and greeting, she helps with our membership and volunteer recruitment.
Seldom seen but often noticed, Paul is up with the lark, mop in hand, to ensure everything at Aberdulais is spick and span in time for your arrival. And apart from keeping the place clean, he helps out with our vital conservation and maintenance.
