Friends of Devil's Dyke
The Friends of Devil's Dyke has something for everyone to get involved in - working with visiting local schools, leading one of our many guided walks or helping us in the office.
We hold regular conservation days on Wednesdays and Sundays where we might be scrub clearing, footpath making, fence making, hedge laying or clearing one of our many dewponds.
There are also research opportunities ranging from butterfly distribution to archaeological monitoring.
In addition, The Friends of Devil's Dyke base at Saddlescome Farm offers an exciting opportunity to get involved with farming history from tinkering with ancient machinery, helping out with events or dressing up as one of the characters from the farms colourful past.
Becoming involved with the Friends of Devil’s Dyke couldn’t be easier - you can find our contact details here.
So if you want to get fit, meet new people or are looking for a career in conservation just give us a call. You will be made very welcome.
