Introduction to running
If you are completely new to running, looking to ease yourself back into some gentle exercise or training for a parkrun or Race for Life, this is the perfect group for you! Join our qualified Running Fitness instructors to gradually build your fitness and confidence in running.
If you want to stretch your legs out on a longer run and join lots more runners, try the Hoohaah 10km which takes you around the estate parkland and tracks.
We host a Parkrun event every Saturday, so if you want a short 5km run across the park with a like minded, friendly bunch of runners, then register with Parkrun and just turn up at 9am every Saturday.
Breeze - bike rides for women
Breeze is the biggest programme ever to get more women into riding bikes for fun their aim is to help thousands more women feel confident and comfortable about going on a ride.
Sky Ride Local rides are guided by friendly British Cycling Ride Leaders along scenic planned routes. With different levels, there’s something for everyone – whether you’re building your confidence or already comfortable on a bike and looking for a challenge.
Evans Cycle Sportive
This sportive route is one of our less hilly rides and predominantly rolling country roads, with parts just a stone’s throw from the 2014 TDF route, with 4 different route options on relatively quick terrain. Pretty villages, quiet roads and far-reaching open countryside make this a great summer challenge.
