Stay nearby and enjoy Wray Castle

In the Lake District the National Trust owns and cares for a large number and variety of buildings. Many of these are working farms or private homes but some are let to tenants who run them as Bed and Breakfasts, pubs or hotels. In addition we have Trust holiday cottages and campsites giving everyone the opportunity to stay over in a special place.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay close to Wray Castle, nowhere is closer than the Dower House which is in the grounds; or Near Sawrey (where Beatrix Potter's Hill Top is located) is just a few miles away. See below for links.

You can search for bed and breakfast in scenic locations throughout our area on our national search page.

For self-catering choose from our list of holiday cottages, all nearby.

You can also try a variety of camping experiences too including yurts and pods.
