Summer is a fun time for families at A la Ronde. We offer a wide range of activities to keep the little ones (and sometimes the big ones) occupied and out and about in the fresh air.

Family trail

Saturday 22 July – Sunday 3 September

Summer holiday animal trail       

10.30am – 4pm

£2 per child        

Track some of the animals who call A la Ronde home, from moles to butterflies. Complete the trail to win your prize.

Normal admission applies.

House trail - swooping seagulls

Seagulls have escaped from the shop and are getting up to mischief in the house! Help our House Steward find them all.

Normal admission applies.

Activity Tuesdays

11am - 4pm

£2 per child

Every Tuesday during the school summer holidays, we will be holding a craft day with a different theme each week. 

Tuesday 25 July - Paper crafts    

Jane and Mary found lots of creative things to do with paper. Make some paper crafts of your own to take home.

Tuesday 1 August - Meadow crafts         

Plant a seed to grow something you can eat, make some wild art, hunt for bugs plus more of the 50 things to do before you’re 11¾.

Tuesday 8 August - Crafty creatures       

There are lots of animals who call A la Ronde home – make some crafts about these creatures.

Tuesday 15 August - Musical crafts          

Make some music with the crafts this week.

Tuesday 22 August - Coastal crafts                          

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside! Make some seaside inspired crafts to take home.

Tuesday 29 August - Summer crafts                        

Make a selection of fun crafts to take home.
