Conservation in action

For the history buffs and science geeks out there, now's your chance to delve deeper into the past and find out more about Antony's historic collections. Join our conservation team as they look at objects in the house and find out how they find the balance between conservation and keeping Antony a living home with a heartbeat.

" It's fun showing visitors some of the curious, behind the scenes things that they wouldn't normally get to see."
- Clare Dearden, Conservation Assistant

After a full day of fun

With all this and so much more going on at Antony this summer, be sure to come and spend a day with us. After a tour or walk, unwind over a cream-tea in the colonnade, browse in the gift-shop or pick up a bargain in the second-hand bookshop.

Help us save the Dovecot

This year we are fundraising to undertake essential conservation work on the dovecot. The structure of the building needs repair and once this is complete we plan to use the dovecot for nature conservation and education purposes. So please help us and buy some raffle tickets from the house or shop. Tickets cost £1 and you could be in with a chance of winning £10,000.
