Summer Activities Volunteers at Attingham

Would you like to help people explore Attingham and make the most out of their day this summer? We’re looking for Summer Activities Volunteers to join our team.

Attingham is a hive of activity in the summer and we provide a range of activities for our visitors to enable them to have a great time. Summer Activities Volunteers support these activities, providing a warm welcome for all visitors; particularly focusing on families, giving them the information they need to ensure they have an enjoyable and memorable visit.

As a Summer Activities Volunteer you will be based at the Field of Play, our families favourite place to explore in the summer.

You can choose to lead a range of activities for families to take part in during your volunteering with us:
• Wild Art
• Parachute Games
• Races and challenges
• Archery
• Fifty Things

If you’re new to volunteering with us you can drop in to a general volunteering information session on Thursday 5 July at 11am or 5.30pm to find out more about volunteering at Attingham (approximately 1 hour).

We’ll also be holding a Summer Activities Volunteer Induction and information session on Tuesday 10th July from 5.30pm until 6.30pm which you’ll receive details of when you apply.

To volunteer independently in the role you must be over the age of 18 years. We’re happy to welcome volunteers under the age of 18 years volunteering alongside a parent/guardian.

There’s no need to have volunteered with us previously, but we do need you to complete the application form, on our Volunteering Opportunities page here.  We’ll then send you details about the introduction and information session.
