The Queen's 90th birthday beacons

We'll be joining the nationwide celebrations for the Queen's 90th birthday and lighting a beacon on Little Solsbury Hill on Thursday 21 April at 7:30pm. Join us on the hill, or watch from the city.

At 7:30pm we'll be joined by the chairman of the council, Ian Gilchrist, who will light the beacon on Little Solsbury Hill.

Look up and tweet us your pictures of the hill @NTBathSkyline, or join us by the bonfire for folk music and to soak up the atmosphere.

There'll be a (limited) supply of sparklers for children, and views across the city to enjoy during the celebration.

There are no facilities or parking at the hill, Solsbury Lane will be closed. Our friendly marshalls will be there to direct you on foot.
