Booked tickets and still have a question?

When will we get to see Father Christmas?

Your ticket gives you an allocated time slot of 15 minutes. Please arrive at the beginning of your allotted time. However, we recommend arriving 5 minutes beforehand to meet Mother Christmas and create something special with her while you wait.

How do I book a ticket for more than four children?

Each group ticket has a capacity of up to four children. If you are bringing more than four children, you will need to purchase an additional group ticket to cover your group number. This way you will be allocated additional time as a larger group. Please note there’s a capacity of up to three groups per 15 minute time slot (a maximum of 12 children in total).

I don’t have a printer, how do I prove I’ve bought tickets?

You’ll be contacted by Belton Elf Mail to confirm your booking. Once on site, proof of tickets can be shown on a smartphone or electronic device, if you can’t print your tickets.
