Have-a-go archery

Bring Dad along to Belton for some family fun this Father's Day. Let him try his hand at archery with the Lionheart Bowmen. The children can ride a pony on the Oval to tick number 48 off their #50things list. On Sunday 18 June, join in with the many activities happening for all ages at Belton House.

There's lots happening this Father’s Day, with a chance for children to enjoy activities with their dad:

Have-a-go Archery 
Sunday 18 June, 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Practice your target skills with the Lionheart Bowmen on the East Lawn.
£3 for six arrows, grounds admission applies.

Pony Rides on the Oval 
Sunday 18 June, 10am to 4.30pm. 
Meet the ponies at the front of the mansion and enjoy the view of Belton while riding a horse.
£3 per ride, grounds admission applies.

Fun in the Discovery Centre 
Sunday 18 June, 12.30pm to  4.30pm.
Come along to explore more about conservation and the history of Belton House with activities and crafts for all the family to enjoy. 
Free with grounds admission.

You can pre-book any time up to the DAY BEFORE your visit. There is no charge to reserve a mansion key. Entry to Belton is free for members. Non members pay for admission on arrival at Belton. All visitors to the house will require their own key.

An introduction to Belton's wilderness garden and the designed features of the landscape. This short walk follows the river Witham taking in the Gothic Ruin, Hermitage, site of Belton's knucklebone floor and the Boathouse.

Belton Park Cricket Club Home Game

Founded in 1947 by Lord Brownlow, Belton Park Cricket Club can be seen playing a game on Belton's Oval lawn, most weekends from early spring all the way through to early autumn.
