Christmas stories and sleigh bells

Father Christmas with a young girl

With the countdown well and truly on until Christmas night, Father and Mother Christmas are joining us at Blickling Estate for one weekend only for an exclusive event.

Saturday 16 - Sunday 17 December | 11am - 4pm

The man in red

Meet the mischievous elves in the Great Hall then climb the grand staircase up to the Long Gallery, where Father and Mother Christmas will be waiting for you by the fireside.  Enjoy some Christmas storytelling and a chat with the man in red about what's on your all-important list this year, before being given a gift.

The experience will last approximately 40 minutes and includes a gift from Father Christmas for children and a tasty treat for all.

The garden, shops and cafe will be open until 4pm.  The house is closed to the general public this weekend.

Christmas trees

The sight of the trees in front of the hall is spectacular and this year it won't disappoint with 24 trees lining the drive.

If you're visiting Father Christmas later in the afternoon, magical memories will be made as you leave and walk down the drive surrounded by twinkling lights.
