Rosemary attempts to capture the infinite variety of light in the Irish landscape.
Born in Dublin, she attended school in Derbyshire, obtained a degree from Durham University and, following a year’s teaching in the North of England, attended St. Godric’s College in Hampstead. Following a short time in Paris she returned to live in County Fermanagh.
She has painted intermittently throughout her life, first concentrating on equine and floral subjects but gradually moving to landscapes.
She has been a member of Art by North West for the last ten years and has received valuable tuition from the resident tutor Brian Coulter. Rosemary has exhibited in Sligo, Slane and Rosses Point.
