Fun this May half-term
This May half-term we’ve got lots going on to keep your little ones entertained. There's a trail all week and craft activities on Tuesday 28 May.
Brilliant Butterflies and Magnificent Moths trail
Saturday 25 May – Sunday 2 June, 11am-4pm
As you follow the trail around the grounds find out about the butterflies and moths that call the Castle Drogo estate home. (£1 per trail, includes a badge as a prize).
Crafty castle capers
Tuesday 28 May, 11am-4pm
Get your hands dirty by taking part in the butterfly and moth craft activities. (A small charge applies).
At reception you can pick up a butterfly walk postcard to try and spot the many butterflies that live in the Teign Gorge including the pearl-bordered fritillary and speckled wood.
As well as these events children can pick up a free spotter sheet from visitor reception or take part in the castle trail around the house.
