The kitchen garden gives us an intimate picture of history. For many years fresh produce was sent to Churchill’s London home by car every Monday and a hamper by train on Thursdays.
The traditional, formal rose garden was designed by Lady Churchill's close friend and cousin Venetia Montagu. It was the part of the garden she loved the most.
From exploring bunkers and making dens to playing in the play house and swinging right up to the sky on our set of six swings, even the big kids in your family will enjoy themselves.
Join one of our tours of the garden and experience a deeper insight in to its history and evolution from past owners as well as Churchill's influence complete with stories and anecdotes that bring the garden to life.
