Enjoy autumn this October half term at Clent
Get outdoors this autumn on the Clent Hills. From campfire tales to explorer trails, there is something for the whole family this October half term.
From Saturday 27 October to Sunday 4 November, have your own adventure with the Wandering Wands trail. Follow the trail to disocver more about the folklore of Clent Hills, then scavenge for natural things to add to your wand to make a memory of your journey.
The cost is £1 per trail, and they can be collected from the welcome stand at Nimmings Wood car park. The car park is open from 9am to 4pm every day. Click here for more information.
On Sunday 28 October, drop-in to discover a clay-tastic session. Join Sam, a ceramicist, to get hands on with clay to make a nature-inspired seasonal decoration to take home with you. Sessions run from 11am-1pm and 2-4pm in the Natural Play area. Stop by the Welcome Point in the Nimmings Wood car park to buy your ticket to make!
Cost is £3 per person and booking is not needed. At busy times, you may be given a time to come back for your activity.
On Sunday 4 November, join us around the campfire for story-telling sessions with a spooky twist. Enjoy ghostly goings-on with warming hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows. Sessions last 45 minutes and cost £5 per person. Places on the storytelling sessions must be pre-booked.
