Volunteer at Corfe Castle

A volunteer talks to visitors at Corfe Castle

We’re looking for volunteers to help us make visitors to the castle feel welcome as well as tour guides to help lead educational group visits.

This is a role which would suit anyone with teaching experience, but detailed knowledge of the castle’s history is not necessary as training will be given.

We also need volunteers who would be available during the school holidays to help organise and marshal our exciting programme of family-focused events.

How about joining the visitor welcome team at Corfe Castle? We are looking for volunteers who love to meet new people and who will provide a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors.

Visitor welcome volunteers will assist with providing information about the castle, events and facilities, helping to ensure our visitors have a great experience.

They will also help promote the National Trust raffle, encouraging visitors to help boost our funds so we can do more to support the conservation of Corfe Castle and the other special places we look after.

Whichever role is right for you, you’ll be joining a friendly team of people working for a good cause.
