It wouldn't be a National Trust visit without a break for cake and Cotehele has plenty of options. Stop by the Barn Restaurant or The Edgcumbe or find a picnic spot on the quay.

 

The Barn Restaurant at Cotehele

Stop by The Barn Restaurant; located by the house and garden, for drinks, cakes, cream teas and snacks served throughout the day. From 12noon-3pm lunch is available and includes hot meals, sandwiches and light bites.

Four legged friends are welcome within the Barn Restaurant and in the outside seating area.

 

The Edgcumbe at Cotehele Quay

Enjoy a break at The Edgcumbe on the historic Cotehele Quay. The Edgcumbe serves tea, coffee, hot chocolate, pasties and tasty treats throughout the day. Dogs welcome.

Picnics at Cotehele

You're welcome to enjoy a picnic on the quay or in the picnic area by the Cherry Orchard. The Barn Restaurant and The Edgcumbe are open for any last minute picnic essentials, such as hot and cold drinks and snacks.

Please take any litter away with you and be aware that the use of barbeques is not permitted anywhere on the Cotehele estate, which includes Cotehele Quay and all of our car parks.
