Lots of amazing wildlife lives between the tides on the Durham Coast. How many different creatures can you find?

You can head for the shore with a ranger this summer to explore the rock pools at Seaham. You might be surprised at how many species can be spotted, including hermit crabs, shore crabs and velvet swimming crabs, common starfish, butterfish, beadlet anemones, periwinkles and dog whelks.
