Erddig autumn half-term fun

A child enjoys a slice of apple during the harvest at Erddig

Our team of volunteers has organised a host of apple-themed games and craft activities which extend into the half-term holiday from 26 October - 3 November. There's something for everyone from making chocolate apple dipping to apple printing.

Apples have been grown and eaten for thousands of years. Join us on a journey through history as we discover what is still grown amongst the 180 different varieties in our garden today. Solve the puzzle and collect a sticker.

Throughout the week, head indoors to spot all the apple-themed items in our historic collection, we've crafted some felt apples for young visitors to spot to lend a helping hand.
