Experience a magical evening atmosphere of art and culture at the National Trust’s Petworth House during these late openings from 6:30pm.

Explore the rooms with their vast art collection, including works by J.M.W Turner and Thomas Gainsborough, along with carvings by Grinling Gibbons.

Enjoy a drink on arrival, the music of a string duo, highlight talks and watch the sunset over Petworth Park. Pay-for bar also available.

The Petworth lates are taking place Friday 22nd July and Friday 1st August 6.30-8.30pm.

Please arrive to our Church Lodge Reception, by St. Mary’s Church, Church Street. Doors open 6.30-7pm. Event runs 6.30-8.30pm
Accessibility
The house is on the lower ground floor with step free access. The Chapel can be viewed through windows, or via eight steps. There is one step into Church Lodge reception which can also be accessed by a ramp.
Other
A welcome drink is included in the ticket price, with a cash bar available. Please note our main visitor car park will not be open for this event. Please park in Petworth town and arrive via our Church Lodge Reception which is located on Church Street, by St. Mary’s Church.
