Get active with us, exercising in a friendly environment where everybody is welcome regardless of current fitness levels. Our instructor Dan will be there to motivate you and slowly build your strength and resilience; this is circuit training done at your own pace in a fun atmosphere where all elements are tailored to suit you and your needs.
Price includes entry to the Active Base changing rooms, which have showers and secure lockers.

What is Gift Aid?
Most of our places run the Gift Aid on Entry scheme at their admission points.
Under this scheme, if you're not a member you have the choice of two entry tickets:
- Gift Aid Admission
- Standard Admission
If the place runs Gift Aid on Entry, we'll offer you a clear choice between the Gift Aid Admission prices and the Standard Admission prices at the admission point. It's entirely up to you which ticket you choose.
Gift Aid Admission includes a 10 per cent or more voluntary donation. Gift Aid Admissions let us reclaim tax on the whole amount paid - an extra 25 per cent - potentially a very significant boost to our places' funds.
An extra £1 paid under the scheme can be worth over £3 to the National Trust as shown below:

Active Base Users
Children under 8 can use the Active Base free of charge.
A family is two adults plus children aged 8 - 17.

- Unfortunately dogs are not welcome at this event.
- Meeting point
- We'll be meeting in the main car park, by the pay and display machine. Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins, as participants will need to complete a mandatory health and safety form.
- What to bring and wear
- Make sure to wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that is suitable for exercising in.
