Kaffe Fassett has inspired people across the world with his colourful textiles work in fabric, patchwork, needlepoint and knitting. Join Hidcote from 27th August 2022 to 26th March 2023 for the exhibition 'Colour with Kaffe'.

Colour with Kaffe at Hidcote is a 2022 exhibition following Kaffe's love colour through his textile work.

The exhibition will featuring work from Kaffe's 2019 book Quilts in the Cotswolds: Medallion Quilt Designs, which featured Hidcote as the backdrop to his colourful designs. The shop at Hidcote will have a selection of textiles and Kaffe products for you to enjoy.

The exhibition will be in the Entrance Hall of the Manor House, open when the gardens at Hidcote are open, please see opening times on the website. The exhibition is free, however the standard entry fee to the gardens will apply.

Under this scheme, if you're not a member you have the choice of two entry tickets:

  • Standard Admission

If the place runs Gift Aid on Entry, we'll offer you a clear choice between the Gift Aid Admission prices and the Standard Admission prices at the admission point. It's entirely up to you which ticket you choose.

Gift Aid Admission includes a 10 per cent or more voluntary donation. Gift Aid Admissions let us reclaim tax on the whole amount paid - an extra 25 per cent - potentially a very significant boost to our places' funds.

An extra £1 paid under the scheme can be worth over £3 to the National Trust as shown below:

The basics

Meeting point
The exhibition 'Colour with Kaffe at Hidcote' will take place in the Entrance Hall of the Manor House, found in the main Courtyard at Hidcote.
Accessibility
The exhibition takes place in the Manor House, there are three steps into the front door, and the access door can be found in the Old Garden. Please ask a member of staff for our Access Map. The Entrance Hall is accessible for wheelchairs, pushchairs and small personal mobility vehicles, we ask that if possible please leave mobility vehicles outside of the house.

There will be a handout for the exhibition available in the Entrance Hall, along with a large print copy.
