Join Tiny Wild Fox for 'Herd' this Christmas at Fell Foot
We're pleased to be hosting Herd at Fell Foot this December. Join us for a magical winter theatre experience which will take families on a festive adventure through the park.
- Booking essential
- Admission applies
Here at Fell Foot, we’ve started to notice some unusual (and festive) occurrences happening within the grounds. Distinctive footprints have appeared throughout the park, there's a flurry of snow in the air and unusual silhouettes have been spotted along the lakeshore.
From 18-23 December visitors can meet nature expert Jilly as she explains all about the unusual activity at the park before presenting you with your ranger kit and sending you off to explore a festive trail laden with clues. You'll meet some festive characters along the way who will help you track down the creatures responsible for all the excitement.
This experience is suitable for all of the family, tickets are £7.50 each which includes parking, a donation to the National Trust, your festive adventure pack, the live theatre experience and trail, meet and greet with Father Christmas and time with his four-legged friends.
This event is hosted by Tiny Wild Fox. For more information and to book tickets, please follow the link at the top of the page.

What is Gift Aid?
Most of our places run the Gift Aid on Entry scheme at their admission points.
Under this scheme, if you're not a member you have the choice of two entry tickets:
- Gift Aid Admission
- Standard Admission
If the place runs Gift Aid on Entry, we'll offer you a clear choice between the Gift Aid Admission prices and the Standard Admission prices at the admission point. It's entirely up to you which ticket you choose.
Gift Aid Admission includes a 10 per cent or more voluntary donation. Gift Aid Admissions let us reclaim tax on the whole amount paid - an extra 25 per cent - potentially a very significant boost to our places' funds.
An extra £1 paid under the scheme can be worth over £3 to the National Trust as shown below:
|Amount paid by visitor||£11.00||£10.00|
|Tax refund from Government*||£2.75||£0.00|
|Total received by the National Trust||£13.75||£10.00|
