Come along for free yoga session in our beautiful garden. Everyone welcome.

Whether you are a beginner, or an experienced Yogi, this summer you can take part in our outdoor yoga sessions.
Led by a local yoga instructor, each session will be held in Ham's picturesque Wilderness, where you can unwind and relax amongst nature.
Sessions are supported by Sports England.

What is Gift Aid?
Most of our places run the Gift Aid on Entry scheme at their admission points.
Under this scheme, if you're not a member you have the choice of two entry tickets:
- Gift Aid Admission
- Standard Admission
If the place runs Gift Aid on Entry, we'll offer you a clear choice between the Gift Aid Admission prices and the Standard Admission prices at the admission point. It's entirely up to you which ticket you choose.
Gift Aid Admission includes a 10 per cent or more voluntary donation. Gift Aid Admissions let us reclaim tax on the whole amount paid - an extra 25 per cent - potentially a very significant boost to our places' funds.
An extra £1 paid under the scheme can be worth over £3 to the National Trust as shown below:

Ham House, the garden, as well as the shop, café and visitor toilets are open to visit. Please check the opening hours before visiting as these may change.

- Please arrive at Visitor Reception 15 minutes early to start the session on time.
- What to bring and wear
- Mats will be provided so all you need is some comfortable clothing. You may also wish to bring a water bottle and layers.
- The session is suitable for people of all abilities, and we encourage everyone to take part.
