Adult Beginners Needle Felting Workshop - Dragons
This is a workshop aimed at adult beginners or first time felters with tutor Natalie Harris(Brooks). Natalie is a fine artist using needle felting and the creator of Roly Poly Ponies.

The basics of what type of wool and needles are best for sculpting will be explained and then you will use some basic techniques to make a felted dragon.
In the morning (10.30-12:30) the basics of what type of wool and needles are best for sculpting will be explained and then you will use some basic techniques to make a dragon. We will break for lunch and an opportunity to get some fresh air in the grounds at 12.30. We will then return at 13:30 to finish our dragons and add the finer details.
All materials are provided. Lunch is not included, the the on-site cafe will be open or you may bring your own.
Admission to Wightwick Manor is also included and you are welcome to view the house and grounds once the workshop has ended.

- Meeting point
- Please park in the main car park and make your way up the path to the Manor. The course will take place in the Meeting Room which is located above the Old Manor shop (not wheelchair accessible).
- What to bring and wear
- The Meeting Room is heated, but we would recommend you bring extra layers as it is located in an old building.
- Accessibility
- The Meeting Room is located on the second floor of the old Manor building, up a short flight of stairs (no wheelchair access). Visitor toilets are in a separate building next to the tearoom.
