3 Daft Monkeys headline; a dynamic, alternative folk band whose music has Celtic and Eastern influences, played with passion, intensity and sheer joy of life.

Flats and Sharps return with their blistering bluegrass, folk, country and pop.

Mitch B and the Torpedoes will have your feet tapping while The Smokin' Pilchards bring a mixture of folk and blues with sea shanty inspired songs.

Starting the afternoon will be Holly Turton of Stone Roots, with an acoustic set in her rich, soulful style.

For pricing purposes an adult = 19+ years, child = 5-18yrs, under 5s free. Note that free admission does not apply to National Trust members outside of normal opening hours.

Today you can enjoy free entry to this tranquil, wooded garden. There are rare plants from exotic lands, a walled kitchen garden built to the dimensions of Noah's Ark and wide sea views from the Terrace. Free guided tour at 11.30am

Pumpkin fun day

Bring the family for a day packed full of pumpkin fun; pumpkin carving (£3.00 per pumpkin), pumpkin-themed games and activities and pumpkin snacks to try. There'll be a pumpkin trail around the garden and pumpkin flavoured dishes in the tea-room.

October half-term fun

We're potty about pumpkins, so this October half term we've pumpkin-themed games in the Orchard plus apple bobbing with Trengwainton-grown apples (while stocks last). There'll also be a pumpkin trail around the garden that's great for welly-walking.

Spooky storytelling

Tales of Trengwainton with a spooky twist, as told by Mark Harandon. Stories start on the hour (none at 1pm) in the bell tent in the orchard. Booking not needed, but it may be necessary to limit numbers for each session.
