More spectacular than ever before, in 2017 our Christmas Fair will for the first time, be set against the enchanting backdrop of the floodlit North Front of the Manor.

Soak up the sights, smells and sounds of Christmas with 80 hand-selected exhibitors all house in charming wooden chalets.

We will have an exciting variety of high-quality, unique gifts, decorations, crafts and festive foods to delight you and your loved ones.

What is Gift Aid?

Most of our places run the Gift Aid on Entry scheme at their admission points. Under this scheme, if you're not a member you have the choice of two entry tickets:

  • Gift Aid Admission or
  • Standard admission

If the place runs Gift Aid on Entry, we'll offer you the Gift Aid Admission prices. But it's entirely up to you which ticket you choose. If you want the Standard Admission instead, just let us know when you come to pay.

Gift Aid Admission includes a 10 per cent or more voluntary donation. Gift Aid Admissions let us reclaim tax on the whole amount paid* — an extra 25 per cent — potentially a very significant boost to our places' funds.

An extra £1 paid under the scheme can be worth over £3 to the National Trust as shown below: Payment of the additional percentage donation is entirely voluntary, so if you prefer to pay the standard admission please advise our reception staff at the till point.

Please note...

To visit the house a grounds ticket must be purchased.The house operates timed tickets, including for National Trust members, available in advance by phone on tel: 01296 820414 (with £3 booking fee per transaction) or free online at waddesdon.org.uk.Tickets are limited and sell out on busy days especially weekends, school holidays, Bank Holidays and in December. FEAST WEEKEND: on 17 & 18 June there will be a Festival admission charge for National Trust members, adult £5, child, £2.50, family £10. AT CHRISTMAS from 11 Nov-2 Jan, there will be a charge for all visitors (including National Trust, Art Fund and RHS members) to see the festive Enchanted Menagerie decorated rooms in the house. The rest of the House is 'put to bed' for cleaning and conservation until 22 March 2018. Tickets are by advance booking only at www.waddesdonmanor.org or call 01296 820414.
