Wellbeing Walks

Each Saturday at 10am from 30 March. Take time out of hectic modern life for a guided walk through Newtown National Nature Reserve, focusing on connecting with nature in a deeper way.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

Quality time in nature can do wonders for our whole week. Take time out of hectic modern life for a guided walk through Newtown National Nature Reserve, focusing on connecting with nature in a deeper way. There will be mindfulness, meditation, moments to enhance the senses, and gentle aerobics at the end to raise the heart rate, whatever your ability level.

On very wet days we'll still meet but enjoy indoor nature art and crafts activities, which will incorporate many of the wellbeing and relaxation exercises.
