A chance to develop your observational skills through drawing, painting & printing the winter landscape. Start to see the true beauty of natural forms in the woodlands and stunning surroundings.

A 10 week course where you'll go outdoors to draw directly from nature in the woods and from collected materials to study inside.

During the course you'll be able to look at ways to record features in the landscape and the detail of natural objects. We'll work in pencil, charcoal and watercolour paints.

You'll study:

-Ways to mute colour using watercolour.

-Printmaking techniques of monoprinting and drypoint.

-Ways to incorporate materials into art using watercolour.
