Take in the autumn colours of the wooded landscape around Bateman’s on a route with our ranger.

Enjoy beautiful views across the Dudwell valley and back towards the sandstone house on this guided walk around the Bateman’s estate with a National Trust ranger. Ramble among the changing leaves as you learn more about the countryside that the Kipling family fell in love with. You may even spot a buzzard or two!

What to bring and wear
This walk is along paths that are likely to be muddy, so please wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather.
Accessibility
