Join in the fun with Percy and his animal friends and give nature a helping hand!
This trail will take place between the 4th December and the 3rd January at weekends, except the week of the 27th where it will be running every day. Last opportunity to take part will be half an hour before Visitor Information closes. The trail will be £2.00, and a prize is available at the end for all of your little ones hard work! So come along and explore the beautiful heathland and refreshing beach at Dunwich Heath and Beach.

What is Gift Aid?
Most of our places run the Gift Aid on Entry scheme at their admission points.
Under this scheme, if you're not a member you have the choice of two entry tickets:
- Gift Aid Admission
- Standard Admission
If the place runs Gift Aid on Entry, we'll offer you a clear choice between the Gift Aid Admission prices and the Standard Admission prices at the admission point. It's entirely up to you which ticket you choose.
Gift Aid Admission includes a 10 per cent or more voluntary donation. Gift Aid Admissions let us reclaim tax on the whole amount paid - an extra 25 per cent - potentially a very significant boost to our places' funds.
An extra £1 paid under the scheme can be worth over £3 to the National Trust as shown below:

The car park is open daily from 9am and will be locked at 6pm

Non-members: please pay at the car park machine or use the paybyphone app/website (details are next to the car park machine). Please note the machine only accepts coins so please bring the correct change with you.

- Please purchase your trail from Visitor Information, cash only, and then follow the trail around the route from there, before returning to the same location for your prize.
- What to bring and wear
- Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing to the weather and the exposed nature of the site.
- Self driven mobility vehicle available when Visitor Information is open, please book in advance. Assistance dogs welcome throughout. Braille site map available. Radar accessible toilet available. Full access statement available on website.
