Make a one leg stool with the somerset bodgers - two day course.
With expert guidance from our experienced tutors, you can learn and improve your traditional woodworking skills and techniques on this course.
- Booking essential
You carry out the processes as in the Introduction to green woodworking course, then put your effort into making a perfect leg for a one leg stool. You will then prepare a seat and fit the leg. A one leg stool may sound odd but they are surprisingly comfortable and are good to use when concentrating on another skill. Used by Charcoal Burners and Munitions workers in bygone days. Course will run for two consecutive days.
Make a one leg stool. Turn a leg on the Pole lathe, prepare a seat and put it all together. £100
