The Coventry Centre was founded in 1957 and currently has a membership of approximately 260.
The Coventry Centre National Trust Supporters Group is 60 this year! We welcome members of all ages, either as ordinary members, or to help us as members of our committee.
We have lively talks, often about non-NT subjects, outings to houses both NT and non-NT, and we are always home again in one day. We also organise an annual holiday in the UK (or Ireland this year) in September.
Profits made go towards local NT properties to help pay for repair/restoration of the properties. Our most recent fund when to buy a sundial made for Charlecote in memory of a recently deceased Chairman of Coventry Centre.
It's a friendly group and we always like to see new faces!
Meetings are held at Earlsdon Methodist Church on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:30am. (October to April only).
We also have a bring and buy sale before the December and March meetings at 10am, where members are encouraged to bring anything they like to sell. (Look out for the tea bread... it's fab!)
Annual membership is just £6, with a donation of £1 per meeting towards the church hall fee.
We regularly see 75 members at each meeting, and we'd love to see more!
