FAQs about the AGM live stream

Are you having difficulty watching the AGM online? There are a few things that you can check to see if you're able to watch online.

Which web browsers are compatible?

You can view the AGM webcast by using any of the below browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 9 and above
  • Mozilla Firefox, version 31 and above
  • Google Chrome, version 36 and above

You will also need to make sure that you have enabled your cookies and JavaScript.

What about my computer?

So long as your computer meets the following requirements, watching the AGM online should be simple:

  • Pentium 4 or newer
  • 1024 MB Memory
  • 128MB or more Microsoft DirectX 9 Compatible Graphics Adapter

You can also use any of the below operating systems to watch our live webcast:

  • Microsoft Windows 7 or above
  • Mac OS X
  • iOS and Android

What if I have an internet firewall?

If you haven't watched videos before, you will need to check with your network administrator if your firewall allows you to stream content.

I can see the video, but why can't I hear anything?

Take a look at our checklist for making sure that you can hear our webcast:

  • Does your computer have a sound card?
  • Are your loudspeakers turned on and turned up?
  • Can you hear other sound files now?

I'm watching on broadband, so why do I still have poor quality?

A good internet connection will mean that you get good quality audio and video results. Sometimes you might experience a slower connection speed if the connection is shared.
