Enjoy seeing the house sparkle with white decorations, sing carols around the piano and tuck into a lovely mince pie in the tea-room.
And if there's no snow, we'll give nature a helping hand....
The house will be open from 11 to 3 during our Christmas openings. Normal admissions apply.

Have some fun with friends and family and follow the snowy owl trail in the house. Pick up a free sheet when you arrive at the side door.
Christmas Concert - sold out
Join us on Friday 8 December at 7pm for a festive concert in the Music Room. Singer Kate Witney and lute player Robert Foster will perform songs from their 'Rejoice and be Merry' repertoire. A glass of fizz and a mince pie are included in the price.
Kate Witney is from Louth. She studied at Homerton College, Cambridge and the Royal Northern College of Music. She has performed all over the country, at the Lincoln Early Music, Book and International Chamber Music Festivals, the National Folk Festival and the Tewksbury Festival amongst others, and has performed as soloist in venues such as Southwark Cathedral, Versailles Cathedral and the Bridgewater Hall. She has also sung with the BBC Northern Singers and Opera North.
Robert Foster is a musician of vast expertise and experience. As a lutenist and guitarist he has performed with the likes of Sir Elton John and Sir Simon Rattle and has appeared both in the West End and at music festivals across the country, including Harrogate, the South Bank, Chichester the Cambridge Early Music festivals and the Ullapool Guitar Festival. Robert is also a prolific and highly respected composer of music for film and television.
