Christmas at Hanbury this year will have plenty of music, food and Father Christmas visits.

This year the house and gardens will be having a theme of traditional Christmas carols - from decorating the three ships who come sailing in to bringing a figgy pudding.

Father Christmas will also be visiting on the three weekends up to December, 5-6, 12-13 & 19-20 which will be a first come, first serve timed ticket given out on the day only.

There will be Christmas carol concerts, the first being a traditional seasonal soiree, including a Gilbert and Sullivan Christmas which will be directed by Dr. Donald Hunt and accompanied by the Elgar Voices. There will be a selection of carols, songs and readings and a mince pie and mulled wine in the interval on 12 December.

The concerts on 18 & 19 December will be performed by Gig Caritas who have come back to us again this year to perform their traditional selection of music.
