About the accommodation
The accommodation is located on the edge of the village of Buckden and at the foot of 702m high Buckden Pike. It is a 200-year-old converted barn with a large living room with open views up to Wharfedale into Langstrothdale. It is an ‘upside down’ building with the living room, kitchen and one bunk room on the first floor and two bunk rooms and bathroom on the ground floor. Each bunk room has two bunk beds. One is en suite, the other two share a bathroom/toilet. Town Head Bunkhouse does not have a garden next to the building but there is a National Trust picnic area with a built-in barbecue just 100 yards away.
