Those living in Horringer and Chevington are able to purchase a Neighbours of Ickworth permit pass, which lasts a whole year from when you apply. This gives you access to the 1800 acres of Parkland and Gardens. As well as free car parking and use of facilities when open (some closed currently due to coronavirus)
Visiting during Coronavirus
We will ask that you visit our what's on page for information on what you need to know before you visit and how to help us ensure that we can keep our places open safely. In order to visit everyone needs either a Neighbours of Ickworth pass or to book a ticket via the online booking system. We are asking that you check in at the kiosk on the drive during your visit to validate your ticket or pass, this is to ensure that you are informed of any key messages for the day and that we are managing capacity for the safety of visitors and the estate. You are welcome to walk, cycle or drive in to visit Ickworth but please ensure you do check in with the kiosk team. You are able to access the estate out of hours, on foot (or bikes / mobility wheels) only. No cars should be driving onto the estate before 9.30am and after 5pm, except for those who live, work or are staying on the estate.
The House, West Wing, Porter's Lodge, the Children's Play area, den building and Trim Trail remain closed at this time.
