Bat Walks & Nocturnal Animal Walks

A winged bat flies through the dark night sky

When the sun goes down and darkness descends on Kedleston's parkland is when our nocturnal residents come to life. With the help of bat detectors you'll be able to hear the bats as they hunt for food.

As you are guided through the park by one of our knowledgeable learning team we'll not only be on the look out for bats. Get your tracking heads on, tread carefully and see what evidence of other animals you might find. You never know what you might see!

Contact our learning coordinator Charlotte Repton for more information.
