Christmas by candlelight at the Rock Houses

Father Christmas at the rock houses

With shorter days, and cold snaps in the air, Kinver Edge and the Rock Houses is the perfect place to cosy up and celebrate the festive season.

With flickering candlelight, warming open fires, and a magical cave grotto to visit, join us inside the Rock Houses from 11-3pm on Saturday 1, Sunday 2, Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 December for a cosy Christmas celebration.

Warm up by the log burner and indulge in freshly baked seasonal goddies in the tearooms or treat yourself to a little something in our shop.

Our unique cave homes will be decked out in traditional festive greenery gathered from the edge and will be cosy and warm as you explore these curious homes by candle light.

Little visitors can collect a free Christmas trail and look out for clues around the houses and gardens, or help make some reindeer food with our elves to take home, and hang a wish on our Christmas tree.

Father Christmas will be waiting for you to visit him inside his magical cave grotto too! Be sure to tell him what's on your Christmas list this year, you never know, he might have a little gift already waiting for you…
