Take a look inside

Leith Hill Place offers an exciting challenge to the National Trust. As the house was given to the Trust with very few contents, and has been let for most of the last 60 years, it presents a fantastic opportunity to revolutionise the use of country houses.

Many visitors to the Surrey Hills know of Leith Hill because of the Tower, perched on the highest point for miles around. However, connected to the tower and the hill, Leith Hill Place was the beating heart of a large estate for over 400 years.

Opened to the public in 2013 the house is going through a period of change, with different uses for the house being considered. Here you can take a virtual tour of the house and see inside its shabby facade.

News and updates about a three year trial period will be posted on to the website and social media, so do visit again to see what's new.
