Ready to run?

On the fourth Sunday of every month a free 10k trail run takes place along the rugged South West Coast Path and through Coleton Fishacre garden. If you're looking for a more challenging route, or even if running is brand new for you, why not try this monthly Trust10? You could run one 5k loop of the route if a full 10k doesn't sound like your cup of tea.
