Running in London and the South East

When it comes to sensational views, treadmills cannot compete with the trails of the National Trust. From our regular Trust10 weekly 10k runs at Polesden Lacey in Surrey to running by torchlight at Osterley Park in London, there are plenty of places ready to welcome you and your running shoes across the South East.

Fill your lungs with fresh air at Osterley

Choose from the regular parkrun at Osterley Park and House, a self-lead riverside run at Ham House and Garden or explore the diverse landscape of Morden Hall Park.
