Places to stay at Lizard Point and Kynance Cove

Maritime heath-heather and coastline in September near Beagles Point, Coverack, The Lizard, Cornwall

There are lots of options available if you'd like to extend your stay in this stunning corner of the South West.

Teneriffe anyone? No, not the island, the farm on the Lizard

Our site is a perfect quiet family holiday spot. We don’t have a kids club or karaoke bars but we do have unspoilt sea views, close access to the South West Coast Path, some of the finest beaches in the UK nearby such as Kynance, and a friendly team to welcome you.
Teneriffe is at Predannack, where we have facilities for everything from campers and caravans to tents on our 30+ pitch site and we've even got pods. We have electrical hook ups and water points and an overflow field for our busier months, we also have showers and toilets. We've generously-sized pitches and are happy to accommodate large or small groups, families, students and scouts.

Bunkhouse calling

Our bunkhouse at Chyvarloe on the Penrose Estate is ideally placed for walking and activity groups. Perched on the edge of the Penrose Estate, right on the South West Coast Path, we can offer up to 16 beds for anything from two nights to two months from as little as £9 a night.

Working holidays - the ultimate ranger experience

If you're after a holiday with a difference, learning new skills and meeting new people, why not try a working holiday on the Lizard or the Penrose Estate?

Special places to stay

If roughing it isn’t your thing why not choose from one of our many holiday cottages on The Lizard? We’ve got homes from home right across the peninsula all of which are unique in their own way.
You could stay tucked away on the banks of the Helford River or at Marconi's exposed former wireless station looking out across to Lizard Point.

As seen on TV

Recently seen on the popular BBC series 'The Fisherman's Apprentice', we have a number of holiday cottages at Cadgwith Cove to choose from. Inglewidden Vean overlooks the cove which is spectacular all year round.

Powders cottage nestles amongst the whispering pine trees where Frenchman's Creek meets the Helford River. This is the ultimate in romantic getaway. The cottage has it's own private access to the river so bring your kayak to enjoy quiet morning paddles with the birds and the seals.

Penarvon Cabin

This romantic wooden cabin sits amongst the trees above Penarvon cove on the Helford River. Sleeping two, with direct access to the river this is one of our busiest little holiday retreats throughout the whole year.

Wireless Cottage

Forming part of the Lizard Wireless Station and built by Marconi in 1900 for use in his radio experiments, his accommodation hut has been transformed into a well furnished holiday cottage.
With panoramic sea views and local gulls as neighbours the hut sleeps two and you can bring your dog too.

Cottages at Penrose

If off the beaten track is your thing or magnificent views float your boat, then have a look at some of our fantastic cottages at Penrose.
We can offer you quiet and tranquil settings at places like Bar Lodge or Helston Lodge which is tucked away on the banks of Loe Pool.
