Outdoor theatre at Ormesby Hall

Long John Silver and his parrot

Spend an evening travelling across the sea this summer by treating your family to theatre in the garden.

This year Ormesby Hall is proud to welcome Chapterhouse Theatre Company and their performance of Treasure Island on Sunday 11 August at 6.30pm.

Join Chapterhouse Theatre Company for this brand new adaption of everyone's favourite swashbuckling pirate adventure: Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island. When he stumbles across a coveted treasure map, young Jim Hawkins finds himself on an epic adventure in the hope of finding the Treasure Island.

But not everyone is to be trusted, and a dark secret is lurking on board the ship...

Secrets, pirates, gold: will young Jim Hawkins discover Treasure Island?

The garden is the perfect setting for outdoor theatre and Treasure Island promises to delight adults and children alike as they go on a journey of adventure and pirates. So grab your lawn chairs and head for some evening entertainment.
